This Privacy Policy describes how Left Synapse Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information in connection with the mobile games we develop and publish (the “Apps”).

1. Information We Collect

Our Apps do not require an account, and we do not ask you for your name, email address, or any other personal details in order to play.

When you use our Apps, certain information is collected automatically by us and by the third-party services described below:

• Device and usage data - device model, operating system version, language, country/region (approximate, derived from IP address), and in-game events such as levels played, session length, and progress. We use this to understand how the game is played and to improve it.
• Advertising identifiers - your device's advertising ID (Google Advertising ID on Android, IDFA on iOS, where permitted), used by our advertising partner to serve and measure ads.
• Crash and diagnostic data - technical information about errors and performance, used to fix bugs.

We do not collect precise location data, contacts, photos, or the content of your communications.

2. Third-Party Services

Our Apps use the following third-party services, each of which processes data under its own privacy policy:

• Google AdMob (advertising) - displays ads in our Apps and may use your advertising ID, IP address, and device information to serve and measure ads, which may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your consent and settings. • Google Firebase Analytics (analytics) - collects usage events and device information to help us understand aggregate player behavior. See the Firebase Privacy documentation.
• Google Play Billing / Apple In-App Purchase (purchases) - in-app purchases are processed entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never receive or store your payment card details; we only receive confirmation that a purchase was completed.

3. Advertising and Your Choices

Ads help keep our Apps free to play. Depending on your region and choices, ads may be personalized (based on your interests) or non-personalized (based only on context, such as your approximate location and the current app).

You can limit or reset ad personalization at any time in your device settings:

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads — delete or reset your advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalization.
• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking — disallow apps to request to track.

Some of our Apps offer a one-time purchase that removes ads entirely.

4. Consent in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you will be shown a consent message (via Google's consent framework) before personalized ads are served. You can decline personalized ads and still play the game with non-personalized ads. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from the App's settings.

5. Children

Our Apps are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

6. Data Retention

Analytics and advertising data is retained by the third-party services listed above in accordance with their own retention policies. Aggregated analytics data we access is kept only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. We do not maintain our own servers storing personal data about players.

7. Security

Data collected through our Apps is transmitted to the third-party services listed above over encrypted connections. We rely on the security measures of these providers (Google), which maintain industry-standard safeguards.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or withdraw consent. Because most data is processed by the third-party services above, the fastest route is often their own controls (such as resetting your advertising ID). For any request, you can also contact us directly and we will assist you.

We do not sell personal information.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when we release new games or integrate new services. The current version will always be available at this address, and the effective date at the top will reflect the latest revision.
